Brewery Redevelopment

An old sake brewery comlex, which closed shop a few years ago, is located at the end of a shopping street in the center of a fishing town. The local merchants group negotiates a leasing arrangement of the complex and is trying to redevelop it into a communal retail and F&B destination, which will also serve as the base of the regional tourism. Its retail is geared towards locally produced crafts (traditional and innovative), and the restaurant is slated to feature the rich local seafoods and farm products.
