Lalaport Kashiwanoha (RTKL)

Project management on the design of a major regional shopping center with a leasable floor area of 42,000 sqm in a newly developed town center. A cinema complex on 4F and a large food court. One of the first shopping centers to be equipped with "green" devices. Despite its size and the number of specialty stores (185), its circulation does not rely on anchor stores, but a circulatory planning is subdivided into zones with different spatial qualities in order to make customer orientation easy.
