Due Diligence Study: Depending on the needs of investors poised to acquire an existing property, we offer a tailor-made due diligence report on legal compliance, building system repair prospect, and architectural improvement. The report can also include a concept level design for re-branding.
Test-the-Water Design: We help Clients assess possibilities of and fine-tune the scope of a project at incremental stages such as, site assessment, project concept, and test-fit. Clients will have better understanding of the property before committing to an all out effort. If the expertise of other architects is required, we can provide a continuous support through Project Management Service.
Design Architect: With the scope better defined, we can produce Concept/Schematic and/or Interior Design to define your project in more detail. We look for the best design solution through frequent dialogues with Client. Working with Architect of Record of your choice or the one we recommend, we will ensure that the design quality will be retained, if not improved, throughout the construction.
